Returns & Exchanges
At K & L Wines Online, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, if you encounter a corked or damaged product, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized and shipped in original packaging to ensure the integrity of the vintage.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email or call our support team within 30 days of delivery to report an issue and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Shipment
Safely place the bottle back into its original protective shipping container or an approved wine shipper to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
- 4.Verification and Refund
Once our sommeliers inspect the returned bottle, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement vintage within 5-7 business days.
