How do you ensure the quality and authenticity of your vintage wines?
Every bottle in our collection is inspected by our expert sommeliers for provenance, fill level, and label integrity. We source directly from reputable estates and temperature-controlled cellars to guarantee quality.
What are your shipping policies for temperature-sensitive products?
We offer climate-controlled shipping options and may hold orders during periods of extreme heat or cold to protect the integrity of the wine. You will receive a notification if a weather hold is placed on your shipment.
Do I need to be present to sign for my wine delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US) and a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier upon arrival.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you believe a bottle is flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer replacements or store credit for corked bottles, provided the wine is returned with the original cork and at least three-quarters of the liquid remaining.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I store my purchased wines with you before shipping?
Yes, we offer a professional storage service. You can choose to keep your purchases in our temperature-controlled facility and consolidate them into a single shipment at a later date to save on shipping costs.
