Tasting Note

Deep purple colour, spices and smokiness on the nose followed by blackberries and black pepper on the palate. Hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and jammy fruit characters coming through, medium bodied with round tannins.

Spicy dishes, Tandoori and red meats.

This lovely smoky wine was recommended on the BBC2 series Indian Food Made Easy as the best Red to go with Indian food.
