Tasting Note

This fresh and fruity white is produced from Piquepoul Blanc, a native grape variety from the shores of the Bassin de Thau (Thau lagoon) near Bouzigues in the South of France. It is packed with zesty citrus and mineral notes and has a refreshing acidity and good length.

This wine is traditionally consumed very chilled with oysters and other seafood.
