TASTING NOTES
Bursting with aromas of tropical fruits pineapple, peaches, and hints of lemon.
Cleansing the pallet with a crisp refreshing melon, passion fruit, and a lingering
sensation of goose berries and cut grass on the finish.

AGEING POTENTIAL
This wine should be drunk within 4 years of vintage.

THE VINEYARD
This wine is produced from cool climate vineyards in Stellenbosch and Swartland.

WINEMAKING
Great care was taken to ensure that the grapes were picked at the correct time,
and they received the best possible attention being blanketed with CO2 throughout
the crushing and pressing process. This wine was fermented using wild yeast in
stainless steel tanks, it then matured in these tanks for 5 months with stirring of the
lees being performed once a month.
