Winemaking
Grapes are fermented on oak at cooler temperatures (18–22°C) for 5–7 days to preserve vibrant fruit character. Using state-of-the-art spinning cone technology, alcohol is gently removed at low temperatures, retaining the wine’s delicate flavours and aromas.
