Tasting Notes
Deep crimson with purple hues, bursting with aromas of red berries, raspberries, and dark cherries. Hints of chocolate and spiced oak follow through to a bold palate of ripe berry fruit, smooth vanilla oak, and soft, drying tannins.
Winemaking
Grapes are fermented on oak at cooler temperatures (18–22°C) for 5–7 days to preserve vibrant fruit character. Using state-of-the-art spinning cone technology, alcohol is gently removed at low temperatures, retaining the wine’s delicate flavours and aromas.
