Tasting Notes
Delicate blush pink in colour with enticing aromas of strawberries, watermelon, and rose petals. The palate bursts with juicy red berry fruit and hints of citrus, finishing crisp, fresh, and moreish.

Winemaking
Fruit is fermented at cool temperatures to lock in freshness and vibrant aromatics. Using advanced spinning cone technology, alcohol is gently removed at low heat, preserving the wine’s delicate flavour profile.
