BARON D ARIGNAC CABERNET
Designation : VIN DE PAYS D'OC ROUGE CABERNET
Grape varieties : Cabernet Sauvignon et Cabernet Franc
Origin : The vineyards of the Côteaux du Languedoc
Vinification : Harvested when fully ripe to obtain the right concentration
of good quality tannins, de-stemmed, gently crushed,
then vatted under controlled temperatures (25°C) to bring
out the aromas of the red fruits and extract the maximum
colour and polyphenols. After racking, the wines are
blended in stainless steel tanks and aged with controlled
additions of oxygen, which produces well-structured,
harmonious wines

Sensory characteristic :
Colour : Deep red with almost black glints.
Nose : Powerful and spicy with red fruit and bell pepper notes.
Palate :
Wonderfully complex, its structure is underpinned by
flavours of stewed fruits, spices and hints of menthol,
typical of these grapes.
Recommendations : This wine is the ideal accompaniment to red meats, game
and matured cheeses.
